  • Sea unbelievably quick with breeze from NE, the birds are having a fine time, it is overcast with thin cloud.
  • Used long handled scrubber down sides of yacht.
  • Number 1 water tank empty now onto number 2
  • Compass check using "Commander" compass bearing binoculars that I suspect are the most accurate.
  • A group of black sea birds are sitting in the calm sea like ducks on a pond.

  • Most days I do a series of exercises. 1 stretch my legs and toes 5 times. 2 jog whilst sitting to count of 100. 3 bring 1 elbow to opposite knee, then the other, 15 times each. 4 raise both legs (straight) together stretching feet & toes inwards. 5 moving legs together & hands together to one side then the other. 6 standing draw stomach in for count of 10. Then release 7 repeat 20 times. 7 Running on the spot (holding on!) to count of 150.
