- Most days I do a series of exercises. 1 stretch my legs and toes 5 times. 2 jog whilst sitting to count of 100. 3 bring 1 elbow to opposite knee, then the other, 15 times each. 4 raise both legs (straight) together stretching feet & toes inwards. 5 moving legs together & hands together to one side then the other. 6 standing draw stomach in for count of 10. Then release 7 repeat 20 times. 7 Running on the spot (holding on!) to count of 150.
